The knowledge of business professors, was only available to MBAs and business students, it is now available to anybody with an Internet connection.

Many universities and business schools are making recordings of their lectures, seminars and conferences available to everyone through Web sites such as iTunes and YouTube.

Professors making their lectures available through iTunes will make lectures so much easier and more convenient to students with full schedules. It will also help the technology industry grow by students purchasing iTunes, computers, or even phones with internet accessibility.

It would be very convenient to listen to all the lectures you want at the time you want. I don't think students would get the full affect of a lecture by listening to it online, but it would be better than missing it completely. What isn't on youtube? Soon everything will be present online.

I think this has good and bad possibilities. The good would include being able to have the lecture on hand at anytime, and the convenience of having it at hand. The only bad part would be the loss of credibility for the students and the professor. Those that are not students would be able to access something students pay a lot of money for, and without the teacher student relationship many students may not stay dedicated. Although this would have many pros and cons I think it is only a matter of time before this is something we are learning to do.
